After graduating in engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, I realized a few years later that my passion was in human relations and helping people. As a project manager, the satisfaction of the service rendered at the delivery of a project was for me an unequalled source of satisfaction. This is why I made the leap to recruitment, a field that unites my passion for people, technology and my technical experience, which allows me to directly help people and companies to achieve their projects and professional goals.
On a personal level, the values I hold most dear are integrity and transparency. That's why I co-founded Ensiti, where our core value is integrity to the end. Honesty, transparency, rigorous practices and collaboration are at the heart of our approach. Our motto: "Do what's right, not what's easy". We believe that a true partnership is achieved when we are present not only in the good times, but also in the bad times.
With a Master's degree, I worked for years as an account manager in industry and IT, particularly in the implementation of CRM and ERP software. For me, recruitment became an obvious choice, as it was the fusion of my passion for human relations, my values and my interest for technology.
I joined one of the largest IT recruitment agencies in North America as a recruiter and then as an associate director. Along the way, I have successfully managed recruitment for large companies in industries such as aerospace, banking, FinTech, video games, and many others.
For me, recruitment is first and foremost a question of listening, understanding, supporting and finding solutions tailored to each individual's needs. That's why I co-founded Ensiti. To achieve this, you need to be rigorous, put in place solid processes, work hard while remaining honest and transparent.
