A graduate in engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, I discovered my passion for human relations and support. After years in project management, where customer satisfaction motivated me, I made the leap to recruitment, a field that combines my passion for people, technologies and my technical experience, in order to help companies and individuals achieve their goals.
Driven by values of integrity and transparency, I co-founded Ensiti. Our approach is based on honesty, rigor and collaboration, with the motto: “Do what is right, not what is easy”, because a true partnership is forged in all moments, easy or difficult.
With a master's degree, I started as an account manager in industry and IT before turning to recruitment, a field that combines my passion for human relations and my interest in technology. I joined one of the largest IT recruitment agencies in North America, progressing from recruiter to associate director, and managed recruitments for various sectors such as aerospace, banking, and video games.
For me, recruiting means listening, understanding, supporting and finding suitable solutions, values that pushed me to co-found Ensiti with rigor, transparency and integrity.
